Not sure what you are going on about. It doesn't sound like you are referring to the software being given away here. But if you are, then hopefully this will help you to understand:
This software recovers DELETED files. If you have used it to recover a file and moved that file to another disk, then there is no need to have 'the file deleted for the disk it was on to free up space', because that file is ALREADY deleted. That is the whole purpose of using this software in the first place.
If it wasn't already deleted, then you don't need this software, just move the file(s) with explorer like you normally would.

steve, if you do move a file from one disk to another by definition it has to be deleted on the original disk... with drag and drop you can modify the operation between copy and move and create shortcut by using the various shift keys (shift or Alt) in conjunction with the drag and drop operation. If you want to use the clipboard instead you cut and paste instead of copy and paste. Feel free to search the internet for more visual examples if all the above is beyond you.
